Summer Chromebook Repair and Password Reset:  If your student’s Chromebook stops functioning as expected during the summer, please have them submit a remote support ticket via this link:  https://epsne.incidentiq.com/guest/SZ7SG6GK/eps-remote-support.   Please use this same form to request a password reset for your student.  A member of the EPS Technology Department will contact the student and parent within two business days to coordinate any repair or verify a password reset request.  

Summer Storage Tips:  If your student does not plan to regularly use their EPS issued Chromebook this summer, please review the following directions to ensure their device will be ready for use in August when they return to the classroom.
