Administrative Regulations and Handbooks
Administrative regulations may be necessary to implement board policy. It shall be the responsibility of the superintendent and administrators to develop and enforce administrative regulations including staff and student/parent handbooks.
It is essential that all regulations and the contents of all handbooks shall conform with district policies. Once developed, the regulations and handbooks shall be disseminated in a manner determined by the superintendent. The board will adopt other administrative regulations only when specifically required to do so by law, the board’s initiative, or when requested to do so by the administration.
