Attendance Options for Certified Staff with School-Aged Children

The board authorizes the superintendent to create and implement rules and procedures for the students of certified staff to attend Elkhorn Public Schools via option enrollment and building assignment(s) as a way to recognize the efforts and importance of certified staff members in the District. Within these rules and procedures, the board authorizes the superintendent to establish and enact conditions and standards for intra-district transfer for the students of certified staff to attend the school that the certified staff member is assigned, when requested by the staff member and permissible under said conditions and standards.
