Data or Records Retention
School district records shall be housed in the central office of the school district. It shall be the responsibility of the superintendent or designee to oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the records. School district records shall be retained in accordance with Schedule 10 and Schedule 24 of the Nebraska Management Division of the Office of the Nebraska Secretary of State. All books, papers, documents, reports, and records kept may be retained as electronic records.
