Requests for Improvements
Generally, except for emergency situations, requests for improvements or repairs shall be made to the superintendent by building principals and the head custodian. Requirements for requests outlined in the district’s maintenance procedures shall be followed. The board expects the superintendent or designee to prepare and maintain maintenance service records and reports on district facilities.
Losses incurred through fire, theft, accident or vandalism will be reported to the superintendent or designee as soon as they are discovered. The superintendent or designee may report such losses to an appropriate agency as well as to the board as is appropriate.
