With great pleasure, I welcome you to Blue Sage Elementary, which opened in the fall of 2018 as a K-5 elementary building and currently serves approximately 610 students in grades K-5. In the fall of 2020, a preschool was added to our school, allowing us to welcome and serve our youngest learners through the Elkhorn Public Schools early education program.
At Blue Sage Elementary, we have exceptional teachers, supportive families, and wonderful students. Our main focus is student learning, with a special emphasis on the growth of each student. We are also deeply committed to continuous school improvement. Positive collaborative relationships matter to us at Blue Sage Elementary, and we seek to develop, nurture, and continue to grow them with our students and families.
Please remember that this is your school, and we welcome your involvement. A strong and healthy parent/school relationship is vital to our success. I invite you to help us continue developing our sense of community and strengthening our partnership. When the partnership between Blue Sage Elementary and the families we serve is strong, the achievement is strengthened, and our students will ultimately benefit.
