Representatives from colleges and universities make arrangements to meet with EHS juniors and seniors. The majority of visits are arranged during the fall semester. Juniors and seniors are excused from class without it affecting their attendance but they are responsible for making up the curriculum missed. Students must sign up online through their Naviance account at least one day prior to the visit. The meetings are held in the counseling center. It is the student’s responsibility to remember to attend as no reminders are sent to students. It is suggested that students write the appointment down in their planner when they sign up.
Military Reps: EHS seniors have the ability to speak with a representative from the military branches. Seniors can ask their counselor or the counseling center secretary to contact the branch to set up an appointment.
Military Academies: Students interested in attending a military academy are encouraged to begin the process early in their high school careers. More information is available on the Military Academy/ROTC page.
A list of colleges/military reps that will visit EHS can be found on Naviance and in the Daily Bulletin.
