Military Academies
Students interested in attending one of the nation’s prestigious military academies should begin the process during junior year. Attending an academy requires a congressional appointment except in the case of the US Coast Guard Academy. As such, the best place to begin the process is to contact one of Nebraska congressmen or senators. Your counselor is also a good source of information.
